The Laurel Glutinous Rice Balls have been available in the markets for more than 40 years. They are sweet childhood memories for many.
The rice balls are made entirely from glutinous rice cultivated near the Zhuoshui River.
They are made traditionally, starting with milling the rice and traditional pressing techniques to make the soft and chewy outer layer. Classic flavors including sesame, peanut, bean paste, fresh meat, sesame in purple glutinous rice, peanut in purple glutinous rice, sesame in a pink outer layer, and our small glutinous rice balls are all loved by consumers.

By choosing surimi with high gelatin content for our hot pot dumplings and Japanese hot pot series. We use high-quality and fresh ingredients so our consumers can taste the most natural and freshest flavors, and feel reassured about food safety In addition, we carefully selected high-quality meats for our steamed buns, minced pork balls, and other products. They are fresh and nutritious with every bite.
To produce higher-quality salad dressings, we introduced emulsion machines from Europe of a standard usually only reserved for cosmetics manufacturing.
